Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 82 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Site content.
User-submitted content
By submitting any content to the Site, you grant 82 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Site. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability

Governing law

The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute arising between you and 82 Game in relation to your use of the Site, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute. Should such negotiation fail to produce a mutually agreeable outcome, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
